Programs & Ages

  • We serve children from infancy through early childhood (6 weeks to 6 years), with each classroom designed specifically for that stage of development.

This allows children to grow in an environment that matches their needs—not one they have to adapt to prematurely.

  • Children move through environments as they grow, based on developmental readiness—not just age.

This ensures they are continually supported and appropriately challenged at each stage.

Montessori Approach

  • Montessori is both a philosophy and a method based on careful observation of how children naturally learn.

Rather than directing every activity, we prepare an environment where children can:

    • Explore independently

    • Develop concentration

    • Build real-life skills

It is a respectful, science-informed approach to early childhood development that has been refined for over a century.

Learn More About Our Approach →

  • The first six years are when children are forming the foundation of their personality, intelligence, and emotional patterns.

During this time, the brain is highly adaptable, and children absorb their environment deeply and effortlessly.

This is why we approach early childhood with such intentional care.

  • A Prepared Environment is a classroom that has been intentionally designed to support independence, order, and discovery.

Every material, piece of furniture, and routine has a purpose—helping children engage meaningfully with their world.

Daily Experience

  • Each day follows a consistent, calm rhythm that includes:

    • Independent work with Montessori materials

    • Outdoor time and movement

    • Meals as part of learning and community

    • Rest appropriate to each age

    • Enrichment like music, movement, and language

The balance of structure and freedom helps children feel secure while growing in independence.

  • Meals are treated as part of the child’s development, not just a break in the day.

    We:

    • Serve whole, balanced foods

    • Avoid artificial dyes and high fructose corn syrup

    • Maintain a 100% peanut and tree-nut-free environment

Children also participate in mealtime routines, supporting independence and healthy habits.

Safety & Care

  • We intentionally maintain lower ratios than state requirements:

    • Infants: 1:3

    • Toddlers: 1:6

    • Children’s House: 1:10

This allows our guides to observe closely and respond to each child’s individual needs.

  • We use a secure parent communication app to share updates and photos throughout the day.

Our goal is for you to feel connected, informed, and confident while your child is in our care.

Tuition & Enrollment

  • Our tuition is designed to be all-inclusive, so families do not have to manage extra supply lists or hidden fees.

    It includes:

    • Montessori materials

    • Diapers and wipes

    • Enrichment programming

    • Daily care and communication

  • Monthly tuition is based on age group:

    • Infants: $2,400

    • Toddlers: $2,100

    • Children’s House: $1,900

A sibling discount is available (see the Parent Handbook), and some fees are waived for founding families.

  • A Letter of Intent (LOI) is a way to communicate that your family plans to enroll if the school opens as planned.

    It helps us:

    • Secure licensing and facility readiness

    • Plan classroom sizes intentionally

    • Build a strong founding community

Faith & Community

  • No. While Rooted is founded on Christian values, we are committed to being a welcoming, inclusive community for all families.

Our focus is on creating a space where every child is known, respected, and supported.

  • We aim to create more than a school; we are building a supportive village.

    This includes:

    • Meaningful relationships between families

    • Ongoing communication and connection

    • Opportunities for shared learning and support

Because children and parents thrive in community.
